How to read the result

The planning bands are the same references used by the main calculator: SAR 40–55/m² for two-layer bitumen, SAR 70–90 for 5 cm PU foam, SAR 80–110 for TPO/PVC, and SAR 50–70 for a cementitious + bituminous system, then the site’s disclosed planning factors for city, surface condition and project size are applied.

They are not government tariffs and the tool does not rate contractor quality. A quote outside the band can be reasonable or unreasonable depending on materials, thickness, preparation, access, detailing, testing and warranty scope.
