Published Saudi market ranges are used as planning references, not as official tariffs or guaranteed contractor prices.

Modelling factors

City, surface-condition and project-size multipliers are disclosed planning assumptions created by this site. They are not government data.

What the calculator does not know

New slopes, structural concrete repair, scaffolding, difficult access, equipment relocation and project-specific engineering details are not fully captured.

Updates

Official code and regulator information takes priority over commercial market references when they conflict.
