Official references

Saudi Building Code is the primary official code source. SBC 303-CR-2024 includes a dedicated dampproofing and waterproofing chapter.

SASO — Technical Regulation for Building Materials, Part 2 covers insulation and cladding materials and referenced standards.

Market references

Commercial Saudi market pages may be used to establish planning ranges. They are treated as market references, never as government tariffs. When a city-specific source cannot be independently verified, the site avoids presenting a precise local rate as verified fact.

Modelling assumptions

City, surface-condition and small-project adjustments used by the calculator are site modelling assumptions. They are intentionally labelled as planning factors.
